Adaptation: The Journal of Literature on Screen Studies   Adaptation is an international, peer-reviewed journal, offering academic articles, film and book reviews, including both book to screen adaptation, screen to book adaptation, popular and ‘classic’ adaptations, theatre and novel screen adaptations, television, animation, soundtracks, production issues and genres in literature on screen. Canadian Journal of Communication   Publishes Canadian research and scholarship in the field of communication and journalism studies. Particular attention is paid to research that has a distinctive Canadian flavour by virtue of choice of topic or by drawing on the legacy of Canadian theory and research. The purview of the journal is the entire field of communication and journalism studies as practiced in Canada or with relevance to Canada. 223 

Cantrills Filmnotes   Although out of action, this is the site for the legendary Australian magazine. Committed to experimental film, it contains a handy section listing the contents of every issue. 227 

Cashiers du Cinemart   Zine with quite a cinema emphasis. Has a festival roundup of lesser known festivals such as Cinematexas and Ladyfest. Though it hasn't been updated in a while. 229 

Central Europe Review   Features Kinoeye column on film. 218 

Chaos Mag: multi perspectives to meaningful cinema   A quarterly online magazine that aims to create a provocative space to discuss meaningful cinema, in an accessible language, taking an Indian viewers perspective, i.e., the world of cinema seen through an Indian angle. 253

Convergence   Subtitled The Journal of Research into New Media Technologies, this is the web page for the journal, with the contents and abstracts of the hard copy articles. 251

Critical Arts a Journal for Cultural Studies   A bi-yearly journal that has an African cultural studies focus. Currently located in the Centre for Cultural and Media Studies at the University of Natal in Durban. The site lists all their issues, but only select articles are available online. The department site also has a section on African cinema and TV. Although the site has not been updated, it still contains useful information and resources on African culture. 241 

Critical Arts: A Journal of South-North Cultural and Media Studies   North-South Africa debates in cultural, media studies; Third World, African cultural media issues; cultural, media policy. 226 

Critical Inquiry   Interdisciplinary journal that brings its readers current criticism on a variety of topics within literature, art, architecture, film, history, philosophy, and music. 257 

Critical Quarterly   A journal of literary criticism, cultural studies, poetry and fiction, edited by Colin MacCabe. 258 

Critical Studies in Television (journal)   An international, refereed online and hard copy journal focusing on fictions made for the small screen. It takes current and past television seriously and aims to encourage the academic and broader intellectual communities to recognize the value of the critical study of small screen fictions in the broadest sense. 357 

cTheory.net   An international journal of theory, technology, and culture, publishing articles, interviews, event-scenes and reviews of key books. 238 

Digital Journal Online   Digital Journal Online covers Digital & Traditional Art, Cinema and Video Game Developments. 242 

Documenter   They no longer have their own website, but the National Library of Australia has archived copies available online. 213 

Dr. Bruce Klopfenstein's Interactive Television Blog   Dr. Bruce Klopfenstein is a scholar with interests in the adoption and diffusion of new media and how this process affects existing media systems. His current focus is interactive television which is widely available outside the U.S. 235 

East-West Cultural Passage   East-West Cultural Passage is the journal of the “C. Peter Magrath” Research Center for Cross-Cultural Studies. It appears annually and publishes work by scholars interested in the cross-cultural dialogue in areas such as literature, history, film, popular culture, institutions, politics and related subjects. The journal is devoted to the study of cross-cultural understanding with a clear humanistic emphasis. Articles with an interdisciplinary character are particularly welcome. The journal also publishes notes and comments, review essays and book reviews. 77
